Recipe of The Week
Mozzarealla sticks, sushi pizza and deep fried pickles are really my down fall as I am writting them I shake a little.. I am so excited to try this healthy version of my favourite sticks.
- 12 sticks of string cheese
- 1 Egg
- 5 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- A dollop of olive oil
- Cut each stick in half
- Place the sticks in the freezer until frozen
- Individually dip the frozen stick into the flour followed by the egg and then into the bread crumbs
- Foil and oil a baking sheet and place all sticks into the oven at 400 degrees for around 4 minutes
- ENJOY you little health nut!
