To begin, Chef Adjey demonstrated how to perfectly season and sear salmon after it was cooked the fish was plated with a simple fresh salad and a waffle with hints of chilli pepper.
For the main course Chef Adjey created a beautiful meal of steak fajitas, with a fresh cilantro sauce and a kick of spice:
Finally, dessert was served beautifully with a chocolate cork placed on top of cooked pineapple dices, sitting in a crème brulee sauce:
