Toronto is a bike-friendly city. It is also a pretty
expensive city to live in, leaving most people in small homes or apartments.
Space is at a premium, and many bikers are left without a basement, or an
appropriate indoor storage solution for their bike.
I’ve compiled a list of what I believe to be the 5 best (and most design savvy) indoor storage solutions for our roadside warriors.

The
Bike Rack – Brought to you by Nova68 and available in four different
colours, this bike rack will fit into any design scheme. It takes up almost no
space, and looks incredibly cute. It was also the winner of the Consumer
Product of the Year award.
The Tian
– The sleek German design looks simple and sleek, and has a drawer inside to
store keys, bike accessories, and anything else you want tucked away.
Knife and Saw
– this option showcases your bike as a piece of art. The modern wooden design
is a great alternative to clunky unattractive racks.
The Commuter
Organizer – Described as a “gift from the small apartment gods”, this functional
bike rack is made out of walnut, steel hooks, and brings a tough edge in the
form of a strong storage solution
Two
Bike Gravity Stand – Two bikes? No problem! This stand by Michelangelo
looks great and does double duty. It holds two bikes, one on top of the other,
and would look fabulous in an industrial space.
